RSI + Wacoms Ergonomic Mouse

In about February this year I started getting really bad RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) from using of all things a Wacom. It seemed to come out of nowhere and got to the point where I couldn't draw at all without significant pain in my elbow/wrist and shoulder. My hand was in a splint for about 6 weeks and I couldn't use my wrist. I was diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Keeping Adobe apps in 1 Monitor

If you have multiple monitors and you are using adobe apps - I have found some of the panels tend to float to my laptop like the swatch library or layers. I had a bit of a look and if you go to window > Application Frame (untick it) it tends to reset the panels into the main screen. Move all the tools to the screen you want and exit the program. If you restart it the panels should be in the screen you moved them to.
